Sean T. Phelan

Mr. Phelan attended Wake Forest University where he attained an undergraduate degree in 1991, graduating cum laude, and a law degree in 1994. Mr. Phelan is licensed to practice in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, as well as the Georgetown Bar Association. Mr. Phelan has had the honor of serving as a past President of the Georgetown Bar Association and has also served as President of the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce, the President of the Georgetown County Breakfast Rotary Club, the President of the Salvation Army Board of Directors, and a former member of the Habitat of Humanity Board of Directors.
